Our client is seeking a dedicated Hydro Mat Machine Operator to join their dynamic team on the 1st shift. If you have a knack for operating Swiss screw machines or Hydro Mat rotary transfer machines, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities of the Precision Machine Operator

  • Set up and operate Hydro Mat and Swiss-style CNC screw machines.

  • Monitor and adjust machine operations to ensure optimal performance and part quality.

  • Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

  • Accurately document production data and inspection results.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Requirements

Requirements of the Precision Machine Operator

  • Previous experience with Hydro Mat equipment is strongly preferred.

  • Prior experience as a screw machine or Swiss machine operator is required.

  • Strong understanding of machining principles and blueprints.

  • Familiarity with precision measurement tools and inspection processes.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
